Meet Fredo Morales of Southwest Properties 

I am fairly new to the Albuquerque area and love it here. My family and I moved here in 2008 from Alamogordo, New Mexico, where I lived since 1986. Alamogordo was good to me but I was starting to outgrow the town. We made the decision to move here because we had family here already and wanted better opportunities for our children. It wasn't easy making the transition as far as business is concerned but we have been fortunate in meeting many good people here who have helped my business grow fast.  

I have been in the construction field since I was in high school. My father has always been a painting contractor - but I wanted to branch out and do other things in the construction field so I went ahead and pursued my license to start off on my own. I had a successful experience in Alamodordo but I wanted more of a challenge. 

Southwest Properties is a small-town oriented company, we like to treat people as if we had known them for years. We are willing to take on any project - may it be large or small. We have done maintenance work for property management companies, real estate agents, homeowners, and investors seeking to flip properties. We have done smaller jobs like changeing out a faucet or a small drywall patch to larger projects like a total renovation for an investor.
