Bridget comes to the team with a very extensive background in real
estate. Having started with a family owned real estate business in El
Paso, TX. that her mother started in 1975. Bridget, licensed since 1978,
ran the business from 1993-2000. Her husband took a job offer to good to
pass up in the Albuquerque area and has lived and loved it here ever since.
Bridget believes that every client should be treated like gold and will
insure every effort will be made to make the process of listing and selling
your home is smooth and enjoyable.
Bridget’s duties will be to make sure that no detail goes unnoticed
concerning the listing of your home in regards to paperwork, MLS input,
website exposure, feedback from other agents, coordinating realtor tours,
placing open house ads in the Albq. Journal and keeping in contact with you
the Seller on a weekly basis.
Once you get an accepted offer on the property, Bridget will get copies
of all paperwork to you, order and coordinate all inspections, get
estimates for repairs and will be in constant contact with the Title and
Mortgage companies on the status of all documents and the Buyer’s loan.
She will advise on when the survey and appraisal (if required) will take
place and will go over all final paperwork and set up closing.
